About Us

My name is LaDawn and I started this little wood working business in the summer of 2022. And thanks to my late grandpa, I've been around wood most of my life. As a cabinet maker, my grandfather Ken had an eye for detail and beautiful cabinetry. I spent my youth "playing" in his shop building nick-knacks with his scraps. But as I got older, I started working in his shop as his "assistant." He taught me a lot about wood and it's beautiful character traits. I have a great appreciation for everything I learned from him.

While laser cutting is very different from planing and jointing and routing for cabinet building, I still apply the basic fundamentals my grandpa taught me and interweave my own personality into my designs.

Now I'm a mother of two young (sometimes rambunctious) kids with my wood "shop" in the garage. My husband is the best father and business partner I could ever ask for. And I love my wood working job. I try to make every piece strong and clean-cut but if there's ever an issue with an item (whether immediate or over time), please let me know. We have a pretty strict return policy but I always appreciate feedback on all of our items, positve and negative. We want to keep improving the quality of our designs and we can only do that with your help.
