Refund policy

All items are non-refundable but if a product is damaged beyond repair upon delivery, please email us with pictures of proof within 3 days of receiving your order (based on usps tracking). Upon approval, we can either refund you for the damaged items (not including shipping) or send you a gift card of equal value to replace the items. 

Once your order has been placed, you may email us within 24 hours if you need to cancel. After that, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel if your order is already being created. Each piece is made to order so once we have begun the designing process, it cannot be cancelled.
